The first phase is the assessment
phase during which time DCT conducts the due diligence necessary for
a thorough understanding of all the dynamics affecting the project.
In the collaboration phase, these
findings are shared with stakeholders and sponsors alike to arrive
at possible solution scenarios.
These scenarios are then applied and
evaluated, establishing savings and process improvements in
meaningful terms.
Recommendations are then developed
from the evaluation process. After the recommendations are
presented and reviewed by the sponsor, an implementation plan is
developed for completion of the project.
The client may choose to handle the
implementation with their internal team or contract for the
implementation. This option is possible since DCT provides a
blueprint for implementation allowing completion in DCT’s absence. |
